The project!

As a Kidswear Design Specialist you are responsible for designing and developing the complete Hackett London Boyswear collection.

 

What will the role entail?

  • Manage the design process from concept to final product.
  • Conduct trend research and analysis specific to the kidswear market.
  • Sketch and develop original designs for all categories.
  • Create detailed technical packages (tech packs) for garment production.
  • Select fabrics, trims, and other materials for each design.
  • Collaborate with the production team and garment tech.
  • Participate in fit sessions and provide feedback.
  • Maintain an organized archive of designs, fabrics, and trims.
  • Manage the PLM system, including uploading tech packs and BOMs

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
  • Atleast 4 years of experience
  • English C1
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM 
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passionate about Kidswear, in particular Boyswear fashion
